Staying on track with your goals


We are embarking on the 2nd quarter of the year. Are you on track, achieving, and accomplishing your goals? If your answer is YES…KUDOS to you! Give yourself a reward, you deserve it.

If your answer is anything other than yes, “ hold on.” Here are 5 keys to staying on track:

• Stay focused and monitor energy expenditure. Do your daily actions, feelings and thoughts enable the fruition of your goals or do they impede them?
• Prioritize your goals.
• Visualize your goal as a 3D movie. Proactivity necessitates desire, and your desires are heavily shaped by your imagination. What takes precedence in shaping imagination?
• Say no. Are you spreading yourself thin?
• Get an accountability partner. Being social is central to every plane of our life—to say that the courage to be open about your goals will pay off is an understatement.
