“It’s mastermind time.” Napoleon Hill in his timeless classic, “Think and Grow Rich” formally introduced the concept of the “mastermind alliance.” He wrote about the mastermind group principle as:
“The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”
He continues …
“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind [the master mind].”
The Mastermind group is created with like-minded partners desiring to take charge of their lives, gain control and move across the finish line. The Mastermind group members’ primary purpose is to come together in sessions of brainstorming who’s ultimate goal is to create solutions to problems plaguing their lives while all the while setting up rational goals to be achieved. Sometimes things can become quite personal and intimate; Members open some secret doors leading to their self-sabotaging behavior that leaves them struck and unsuccessful in achieving their victories.
Spirituality is the key component in the mastermind system; moving within and throughout the group by creating the warmth and supporting energy which allows you to open up and discuss those buried issues directing you away from your goals.
